The founder and chief expert of the CSEPE, the founder of the Business School and the President of the Holding Company Constellation Aquarius.

CSEPE was established as a research center for system analysis based at the Vladimir Khilchenko Business School Educational Center.

Both Centers basically use the Khilchenko Method, a universal management methodology that enables solving problems of any level for business enterprises. CSEPE operates not only in Russia, but also for enterprises that are part of the BRICS system or are preparing to join it.

The main purpose of the CSEPE

The main purpose of the Center is to help owners and CEOs of enterprises in solving any economic problems that arise while conducting financial and economic activities.

The CSEPE constantly monitors new trends in the political and economic situation in the Russian Federation and abroad, identifies trends in the development of managerial knowledge in such areas as finance, corporate law, business process security, human resources management, and other economic disciplines.
